HOW FAR IS PORT CANAVERAL PARKING FROM THE PORT CANAVERAL CRUISE TERMINAL?
There’s only a ten-minute shuttle ride between you and your ship when you park with us! We’re right around the corner from every cruise ship terminal.
WHAT SECURITY DOES PORT CANAVERAL PARKING HAVE?
Don’t spend a minute of your vacation worrying about your vehicle! Our parking lot has 24-hour video surveillance, stadium lighting, and perimeter fencing for around-the-clock security.
HOW OFTEN DO THE COMPLIMENTARY SHUTTLES RUN TO AND FROM THE PORT?
For returning customers, our shuttles will be ready and waiting for you as soon as you leave your ship. Our shuttles run until everyone is back to their vehicle.
For departing cruisers, FREE shuttle transportation is provided between Port Canaveral Parking and the cruise terminals from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM.
PLEASE PLAN TO ARRIVE 15-20 MINUTES EARLY. Our last shuttle leaves promptly at 2:00 PM.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Cancellations because of denied boarding will receive a full purchase price credit for use at a later date with no expiration.
Cancellations submitted up to 5 days prior to your reservation date will receive a full refund. Please allow 5-10 business day for processing.
Cancellations submitted less than 5 days before your reservation date will not be refunded.
WHAT IS YOUR OVERSIZED VEHICLES POLICY?
Any vehicle over 20 feet in length will be considered an oversized vehicle.
Oversized vehicles will be charged an additional flat, one-time fee of $50.00.
